For closed wounds the bottom layer of multi density material poron is moved up to the second layer to provide more support for healing. This method allows for effective treatment of varying type of ulcers.
After the foot ulcer heals,foot shoult be treated carefully. Scar tissue under the healed wound will break down easily. It may need to wear Self Healing Footwear after the ulcer is healed to protect this area and to prevent the ulcer from recurring.
